    The room was spacious and comfy, with a tv, coffee machine, and lovely linens. I enjoyed the free gym access and the thoughtful amenities like free toiletries and a hairdryer. The location is awesome, super close to the White House. Breakfast was a delight with fresh croissants and quality coffee. Perfect for a cozy stay!

    Gorgeous place, it was fairly clean and had attentive staff during the check-out. The location of the hotel was magnificent - within easy walking distance of an official residence.

    The fresh croissants at Opaline are a game-changer! Plus, it's just a short stroll to killer spots like Joe's Seafood Prime Steak & Stone Crab. The service? Great, especially the super friendly front desk staff.

    On the flip side, the shower pressure left a bit to be desired. And while the in-room dining was decent, I expected a bit more pizzazz from the menu. Still, the overall vibe of the place made it work!

    During my stay with my family in Sofitel, I felt I was like at home. It was very comfy and the services were excellent. The bedroom was very neat and the bathroom design and facility were as well superb. The location was also very strategic since it was very close with White House and Mall.

    Since I am a morning coffee drinker, the room does not provide a coffee maker so that I have to go to the lounge downstairs just to pick up my morning coffee.

    The experience was uniformly excellent. Staff was unobtrusive but gave the distinct impression of being immediately available for any and all needs. Facilities were thoughtfully laid out, beautifully decorated, spotlessly cleaned and cared for, and thoroughly warm and inviting. Personal touches and attention were evident throughout the stay, at all levels and in all areas. Our expectations were met and exceeded in almost every way.
